First I mentioned how it was pretty bad how people are scared of missing one paycheck yet I've seen a lot of these members drive the latest and greatest trucks and sports cars.

Then, he'd tell me that so and so had been gambling, and so and so is into porn, and so and so got a rabbit, but we can't kick her out because then we'd have to tell her we found out by going through her garbage.  

Your business is not worth taking unnecessary gambles unless they are the last tenant on earth.

I’m talking about elderly people whom make money from their barber shop, hair salon or maybe from selling sport equipment out their shop that they need to pay rent for.

Beaches and mountains, as stated in replies above, are always good as are anywhere close to major hospitals or universities, large sporting attractions or other attractions (theme parks, hiking, etc.). 

This is typically for the HS and revolves around sports.

I'm not saying no one ever gets set up - I suspect there's a decent number of movie stars, sports athletes, and other "famous" people that end up with settlements over BS - but unless you're using a pseudonym here, there's a good chance you're nobody just like the rest of us and no one knows you have anything nor wants your stuff, so you can probably relax. 

Slightly biased, but Cleveland does offer a lot with three professional sports teams, the second largest theater district (second to Broadway), and a ton of other local attractions and great healthcare systems that draw people to the city.

Important to note: This was a big gamble but a very calculated risk.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.
