We have a stand alone building in the Phoenix area, currently occupied by a national fast food chain but they are leaving this summer so we will have to find a new tenant.

They share a house, food, bills, etc.

@Amalfi Duran from their point of view it could be quite uncomfortable to be without a bathroom, why don’t you offer them hotel stay and food for a few days until you get the bathroom done.

Remember, your looking for the Wal-Mart of mortgage companies, not the Whole Foods of mortgage lenders.

I had a blast there and miss the food.

Still miss the north especially the food. ( what I would do for a  White Castles and good Diner ) as someone else mentioned creative marketing is the key to finding good deals.

If she's willing to raise it to $950 start there-you have to live with your wife and I'm betting she's the one who cooks your food.
