New investor intro!

Hello all! My name is Ronald Russell and I am new to real estate investing. I have yet to take the leap, but am excited to get started. I am from just outside New Orleans, La. Not sure my plan of attack here, but I am leaning towards single family homes/ duplexes to buy and hold as rentals and flipping as well. I will be utilizing all the tools on this site to gain knowledge and to network with other like minded people.
