I lived here most of my life and I know that the population is growing at a rapid pace and the houses around here are appreciating like crazy ( My house rose from about $250,000 - $330,000 since 2011 ) and new businesses and restaurants are being built every minute.

And on my side, I'm 10 years into a 15 or 20 year loans, so the interest I'm paying is minimal and the amount that goes to principal is increasing rapidly.
