I know it all starts with a business plan and project proposal.  

In typical zoning changes, the city/county looks at the proposal for a variety of factors but most importantly, does it fit with the master plan and if it makes sense.  

To prepare for Small Claims, you are proposing to spend additional time and money to engage even more folks (tile witnesses, a photographer, etc), as well as spending your time in various lines, filling out lots of forms, dealing with surly court personnel, teaching yourself court procedure, losing some (lots of?)

@Matt Dorsten I was told a few years ago that when the legislation was signed limiting the spacing and location of MJ facilities that there were no remaining sites in Denver the meet the law.

We have been fighting this since the 1950s yet it keeps being proposed by lawmakers.Fighting against this tax has saved investors countless dollars already and voting for a constitutional ban against future transfer taxes will definitely save investors countless dollars in the future. 

And the new mayors proposed garbage tax on any building above a single family.I do personally live in Albany, and invest here, But if I wasn't From here i think i would be a little less motivated to come bring my money here.
