Hi @Jaudon Smith - I have had a huge increase in seller leads using a startup company that posts ads for folks looking for custom home valuations.

If you are in the area, there is a pints and property event and a BP event that get posted in the events.

Do you see more people selling their houses on their own or will it be business as usual once the new post NAR ruling policies go into effect this summer?

I run my entire "empire" using Excel/Sheets for tracking expenses, Apartments.com for online payments, MysmartMove for credit/background checks, DocuSign for electronic signing, and Zillow & turbotenant for posting up listings.

This is why when I list a property for rent , I dont post an address .
