I think you have to look deeper into this. because its talked about so much on social media and a site like BP and there is this mind set that wholesaling is the way to get cash then take said cash and buy and hold. ( you see that verbatim in numerous posts).. literally there are thousands of one trick pony's  I am not sure what the minimum run is for the mailing services but I would imagine 250 to 500 bucks and your in the game...

There's no guarantee of course which is why I always default to "know your note seller".Another cool feature of the site though is that you can order a BPO and credit report directly through the site on a particular note.
