Greetings BP community, I have been lurking about reading and figured it was time to start contributing in some fashion.  I am looking to invest in a turnkey property to get my feet wet and will expand from there.  I am looking at turnkey operators as my job keeps me outside the U.S.  I throughly enjoy reading all the BP blogs, threads, and listening to the podcasts.  For other newbie "lurkers," feeling out the site, in my observations BP is a great community.
