These cabins are on leased land from the national forest service though, so they have to be bought cash.Aside from that, emigration canyon is nice, but you wont get a place for under 450k.

The tenant is in the lower paying $800/MTM and it would be nice to count on that initial money but I was hoping for $900/mo.Built in 1926 which is normal for the area.I didn't factor utilities in too heavily because I'm trying to compare it to what I currently pay.

At the current interest rates, you start paying more principle than interest in under a year which is nice.
