The majority of people know real estate investing is a vehicle for wealth but most are afraid to take the leap.

Maybe the doors are gone, maybe the motor is gone, but all of the wheels are off and nowhere to be found.They pay the rent, but live in a very messy manner.It's just part of the business.

tenants in common is just fine for owning a single asset.. its not like the LLC is some magic asset protection vehicle. 

@Mark Andrew DeidikerLots of good advice already given here.If it were me, and I did not already feel comfortable with a particular vehicle for investment....I'd park the money in a CD, bond, or index fund (depending on risk tolerance).

In the past 2 weeks alone my good neighbors and I have witnessed hand-to-hand drug transactions right on the curb while looking out the window in the middle of the day, prowling creepy trespassers hiding out underneath our decks and on our porches in the middle of the night, a huge amount of vehicle traffic visiting the property all night and even a parked car on the street with two adults in it coming down from very hard drugs (authorities were called promptly). 

Pace just keeps on adding more stuff he recently added how to Subto or creative finance vehicles, RV's, trailers.Also the amount of contracts that are drawn up for different stated by attorneys.

In some states they use terms other than attached but otherwise you have a piece of land with a "vehicle" sitting on it.
