Also, in New Jersey, certain cities require washer/dryer hookups to be in certain areas of you home, so if you had to get occupancy inspections from the city you could fail. 

Hi there, a friend of mine introduced me to BP. I am new to property investing. I currently own an apartment and looking to buy an affordable investment property somewhere in NJ / Pennsylvania. Any recommendations?

I am interested in Online programs since I am not physically in Florida unless there is a class offering in New Jersey that I can take..as far as I know it is not an option.
