Hello, I am 30 years old. I have $50k cash and I am looking to do my first deal using the BRRRR method. I live in jersey and I have been looking in Jacksonville, FL for deals in my price range that I can afford. I have been doing research, and reading and listening to podcast for the past two years and now I'm ready to make my move. I have a phone call set up with rent to retirement this week as well just to learn more about what they offer and I also spoke with a property manager in Jacksonville, FL that is very reputable in the community. They have me zip codes that are good for rentals in the area. At this point I'm ready to pull the trigger. Once I pay cash for the property I have $20k max that I can use for rehab. Where can I find some deals? Do you guys think working with foreclosures is a good idea for my first deal?

@Joseph Crunkilton Thank you for the shout out!

@Mariam Dao
I see you've booked a time on calendar for a consultation in a few days.  We will definitely go through all your questions in great detail during our discussion.

We've helped many investors just like yourself build a successful rental portfolio across numerous cash flow markets. It's all a numbers game, and the most successful investors invest in the markets where they get the best returns!

Please let me know if you have any questions on anything. I typically like to start with an initial phone call to discuss your investment goals/experiences, answer any questions you have, and tell you all about what our company has to offer. Please let me know if this is something you would like to schedule.

Also for your reference, here are some other forum discussions from investors that have worked with us in the past like Joseph. I'm sure you'll find this informative. Looking forward to hopefully connecting in the near future!
