There was this one gutter & downspout feeding into a corner of the house and making a big puddle, my idea was to have it drain to the other side and out the side of the garage into the bushes.

When you have enough cash after completing these transactions, buy some of the property yourself with cash.You can never really get hurt paying cash for properties.I just posted a blog on this topic here (Five Good Rantal Houses Will Feed Your Family for Generations).We do it with vacant land.
