Financing

I currently have 3 single family houses (free and clear) deeded to me by my father, all 3 properties sum up to approximately $115,000. I want to aggressively begin investing in real estate (house flipping to help community). I am having a very tough time acquiring a loan on the equity of these homes. I am a lowly school teacher (ha) and my debt/income may be influencing lenders. I am an entrepreneur at heart. How can I get cash out of these homes to begin investing????

You can keep the properties, fix them up if they need it, sell them via seller financing.  & sell the notes that you create to a note investor.   Get cash for your properties and do more deals.    Or just do seller financing and get that cash flow.
