A typical house has a lot of different materials that need to interact with each other and that react differently to weather.

When you think about it, “Reality” TV isn’t even realistically possible outside of using hidden body camera/candid camera footage because the camera crew is not invisible and that is always a factor in people’s interactions with the stars.

The few interactions I've had so far with agents have not been promising.

For you, I presume social work involves a lot of interacting with people; a PERFECT skill to master for real estate investing! 

I think if BiggerPockets were to have a forum interface similar to popular sites like Reddit, users could have a much deeper interaction and experience with the rest of the BiggerPockets community. 

I'm not talking about doing rehab work: you want work that will have you interacting with the investor daily, with tenants, with the city Govt, with contractors, attorneys, etc.
