Are there any good RE agents in Phila?
Hi everyone,
Sorry about the click bait title but I couldn't come up with something better within the character limit. I am a current investor with 4 SFH properties and now looking into moving into small (< 4 units) MFHs. The few interactions I've had so far with agents have not been promising. Most of them do not understand value of properties as it relates to income generation so I end up getting shown properties that aren't even close to reasonable. We are talking $500k properties with gross rent potential of $3k after some repairs.
I am looking for someone to supplement my lack of time (I have a demanding career that I enjoy) but haven't had much luck. Should I continue to hunt for a good agent or should I just try to find a property on my own?
