@Kim Meredith Hampton makes excellent points, but she shouldn't have to.YOU should already be thinking these things through, so you invest wisely and don't get taken advantage of.BTW - yes, BP is where you can post questions for answers, but ask BETTER questions!

I have been referred to another firm previously that charges around $1200, although they have a backlog of over 4 months.Thank you again for your information!

In both cases the renters have provided me bank information showing they made the payment and it was not returned.

I would recommend choosing someone with the most forum posts and/or reviews that way you know that person is active
