I personally would probably prefer to invest in a note fund instead if individual notes but you have to be accredited for that.

I know some like to do long-term holds ( rentals), while some prefer flips, and some also do both.

By performing the split we are able to then resell each side of the duplex individually.

Howdy @Talha MakkiI definitely prefer Free and Clear distressed properties with motivated sellers. 

What attracted me to BP was the network of people who actively participate in the forums and wanted to connect with like-minded individuals.

You'd much rather prefer to invest somewhere nearby... somewhere you could always drive to the property quickly if something went wrong.Does that all sounds about right?

@Jason Carter @Tal Simpson this is exactly why I prefer getting info from locals, and people on the ground than reading reports and blogs and generic research.

I guess I just prefer flying under the radar.
