Virtual banks have small control over operations and they are absolute on their system/manual vs that of commercial banks which are geared for corporate transactions such as the thing you are trying to accomplish.Virtual banks are Paypal, square, capital one (i think they have physical bank now).

That's the nature of the world.30 years ago you probably would have been pretty sure that Playboy magazine and landline telephones would be relevant in 30 years.  20 years ago, you probably would have been pretty sure that physical maps would be relevant in 20 years.  10 years ago, you probably would have been pretty sure that DVD technology would have been relevant in 10 years.Things can change quickly, and if you only want to pursue ideas that will be relevant for 20-30 years, you're likely going to be disappointed.

@Celeste Karan I haven't gone in and looked at the units or physically been there looking, but I talked to the realtor and ran what numbers I found on my own.

We used list-source but forgot to get the physical addresses along with the mailing addresses so we do not know what properties they own.

Unless you want you're partner's wife or parents to be your next business partner I'd suggest the buy-sell be done and incorporated in your Operating Agreement.So, yes, it sounds like in your case you need to see an attorney!
