Best Letter Tips for Absentee Owner List

Hi! We just bought our first list and we are about to start sending it out. We are targeting absentee owners! We used list-source but forgot to get the physical addresses along with the mailing addresses so we do not know what properties they own. What would be the best letter to write to them? We are looking at doing yellow letters hand written to start.

    Hello @Corey Reyment!

Awesome that you are taking the plunge with yellow letters to find some leads! Since you don't have the property addresses to refer to in your letters, you can replace it b saying something like: I am interested in your property in the [property city] area. It'll keep the one-on-one conversation feel even without the property address references specifically.

    Good luck!
