Also I have not been able to find credible evidence of anyone ever having ill effects from radon gas in their residence.People will say a lot of scary stuff about it, but sometimes it's ridiculous.

Don't allow them to touch electric or piping or gas appliances.The famous garage door sensors that nee replaced all of a sudden is simply a 2 min re-align the sensor deal. :)Have them send pics of the receipts.

At these numbers by the time I added in earned wage taxes, gas, supplies, phone bill, unknown cost, and the time it takes to sort through all of the information, talk to sellers, and closing the deal I think I would still be upside down averaging 4k a deal.
