First Real Estate Deal (Duplex)

Hey Everyone! This is my first post! I just signed up to BP and I have my first question. I was hoping to get some sage advice.

I am looking to house hack or buy my first multi-unit rental property  (du/tri/4plex). 

I found a Duplex for sale in my area.
