Ductless mini-split in Chicago

Hi Chicago investors, we are very familiar with ducted gas forced air units.  However, have you installed ductless mini-split in Chicago?

This is for typical 2/1s.  

How long has it been since you install them? Did the electric bill increase drastically?  Do you get complaints from your tenants?  Does it affect vacancy?  What about vandalism?
