Fortunately, there wasn't a problem with our property, but unfortunately, the 36" pipe that feeds water to the ENTIRE city of 30,000 people broke and on top of that, because of flooding from the nearby river, the part where the pipe busted is underwater (it usually is not underwater).

This was proposed to me by a prospective corporate tenant for the lease per the request of their Fortune 500 company:“Either party shall have the right to cancellation of this lease for any reason whatsoever upon 60 days written notice to the other party without incurring any penalty therefore.
