Fortunately I have a traveling nurse who has reserved one of the houses for 2 weeks of the month for the next few months (at a significant discount, but 2 weeks is great anyway).Good point about the canned responses.  

I'm fortunate enough to live in the Bay Area where we tend to understand the limits of technology, but not everyone is so fortunate (or is fortunate enough to have a pool of buyers that knowledgeable). 

Fortunately, I had a friend with a garage full of tools he was too happy to use on my projects.

Columbus population is growing, it's a state capital, many fortune 500 companies, top 5 public university (OSU), etc.

Fortunately, I have the opportunity to put in earbuds while I'm at my 9-5, and my days are now filled with BP podcasts. 

Fortunately, there wasn't a problem with our property, but unfortunately, the 36" pipe that feeds water to the ENTIRE city of 30,000 people broke and on top of that, because of flooding from the nearby river, the part where the pipe busted is underwater (it usually is not underwater).  

Fortunately you did some pretty basic stuff so hopefully it works out for you.

I have an ok job, make about 22$ an hour and I'm fortunate enough to not have to pay any rent anymore while I'm back with my parents.
