Would you accept this early termination verbiage in your lease?

This was proposed to me by a prospective corporate tenant for the lease per the request of their Fortune 500 company:

“Either party shall have the right to cancellation of this lease for any reason whatsoever upon 60 days written notice to the other party without incurring any penalty therefore. The primary purpose of this clause is to provide for any change or transfer of either party by their respective corporate employers or, secondly, for any other reason which should make continuance of this lease unsatisfactory or undesirable. It is not designed to be a convenient cause for termination without some reasonable basis.”

Typically I require 60 days notice and 1 months rent as a penalty.
