I never applied for a Unit that big and was wondering if I should try to get a loan (even though I don't get much income right now). and if how what is the process, is there a way to get the loan without putting money down, etc. the only reason I am asking this is I have no experience in this and it practically me jumping from one house to a 14-unit and am trying to figure out if this is a right move. 

I suggest to look for local meetups in your area, these can be a great way to meet other investors, share experiences, and learn from each other.

I would consider it if the stays were a week or longer, but in my experience the difficulty of cleaning does not drastically go up after a few days, it is still the same work.

What I don't have experience with is the risk of bed bugs from an incoming tenant that states their unit is currently being treated for?

Even people who have rented to people they know has bad experiences with them as tenants.
