Hey guys,I was planning on getting into wholesaling as a start by bird-dogging.

The brewery is an artisan colony that attracts a lot of artist types and art lovers with their now 2 or 3 times a year Artwalk.  

We now have 2 dogs, a cat, 8 chickens, a fish, 3 kids, and just found out we have another kid on the way!

Accumulate the knowledge, develop the skills, establish the right relationships and believe in yourself. russ ,  do u do evaluations for them for the different types. of investments or you just act as the bird dog? 

I'm a stay-at-home dad, so I've got plenty of time on my hands to get some bird-dogging done (the baby loves car rides.

I'm a 24 year old guy who's looking into real estate bird dogging, and maybe eventually becoming a house flipper.

Agreed.You'll also find the tail wagging the dog if you don't know what your buyers want.

Just make the time to research a bit every night then on the weekends do your bird-dogging.
