New to BP in Tallahassee, FL

Hello, my wife and I have started a company called Flippin Renovations Inc. in the Tallahassee, FL area. We now have 2 dogs, a cat, 8 chickens, a fish, 3 kids, and just found out we have another kid on the way! lol We are unsatisfied in our current jobs and life and want to do this fulltime. We are no strangers to hard work and are willing to do what it takes to make this happen. I used to flip houses back in 2001-2006 just on the side and really enjoyed it. We have 1 rental property( which is upside down), 1 flip house we purchased(cash), and our current house with equity(which we are using to fund the renovations on the flip house). We are interested in building our team, gaining private investors to build our pipeline and also doing some Wholesaling, but need some information on the later. Looking forward to gaining knowledge through this site and being able to give back as well.

I've been lurking on here a few weeks gaining knowledge, but thought it was about time I came out of the shadows!  lol
