Hey Karim,That should be enough time to give them notice and you should read the section 8 contract to confirm the terms of terminating the agreement.

Matter of fact I have a lot getting cleared this week to try to maximize the septic permit (weather permitting) and I will design, finance and probably start construction in the next 45 days while in a war zone having rocket and motar attacks. 

Check to see If there are any specific street design requirements, DOT requirements, permits or traffic studies, DWQ, Army Corp or any other environmental requirements or permits. 

I know this is a vague question with some assumptions (specifically about the underwriting requirements of the loan), but I want to confirm that my logic is correct and if anyone has performed a similar strategy.

@Jacob ScholesYou can get a USDVA loan which is basically the VA Loan....but it's more designed for fixer uppers.
