this was my second time updating a home for another investor. since i have been doing it for awhile the investor asked me to update it the same way i update our houses, same materials, colors, tiles, etc.the caabinets and counters are old, but bath is all new.here are some before and after pics - house on the left, was taking pic of the driveway..

Things like carpet can easily be replaced with something better (tile or hardwood floor or vinyl plank flooring), or an odd color in the kitchen can easily be painted to look a lot nicer.
