Is $2,500 a fair price for this concrete work?
He's going to remove all the bricks in front of the existing steps and put in additional steps as the current layout is a trip hazard.
Description from his estimate: "Porch - Remove bricks and stack to the side in a 7' x 10' area. Grade area, set forms and pour 2500 psi concrete landing with step."
Does $2,500 sound fair for this job?
