Hey everyone,So I got sent a picture of what seems to be mushrooms growing in the ceiling of my tenant bathroom.

Eggshell is typical for walls, and flat paint for ceilings. 

-natural maple cabinets will look good even after being banged up a bit-quartz or solid state countertops are durable and relatively cheap-refinishing wood floors and tile in kitchen and bathroom, no vinyl or carpet-tile shower, no plastic surround-pedestal bathroom sink, vanities tend to get water-damaged and gross-grey walls, white trim, white ceilings-I have never had stainless appliances myself, do you think they last as long as white before they look worn?

You can see all the dust on the floors and light fixtures hanging from the ceiling.

We had gone through and finished all the walls/ceilings and painted the units when we ran water through the lines we ended up with leaks everywhere and had to rework many of the walls and repainting. 

I always recommend flat white on ceilings and my preferred product is ProMar 400 Flat from Sherwin Williams.

If so, if you are in a higher land cost area with good linkages and zoned for warehouse I would also look at building higher ceilings to accommodate more volume so that you can charge more rent for the same amount of land.

He is lucky I didn't have drywall up yet...I would've been livid if I had to cut open my ceiling.

What is the sqft and ceiling height of the finished basement?
