-natural maple cabinets will look good even after being banged up a bit-quartz or solid state countertops are durable and relatively cheap-refinishing wood floors and tile in kitchen and bathroom, no vinyl or carpet-tile shower, no plastic surround-pedestal bathroom sink, vanities tend to get water-damaged and gross-grey walls, white trim, white ceilings-I have never had stainless appliances myself, do you think they last as long as white before they look worn?

We had gone through and finished all the walls/ceilings and painted the units when we ran water through the lines we ended up with leaks everywhere and had to rework many of the walls and repainting.

If so, if you are in a higher land cost area with good linkages and zoned for warehouse I would also look at building higher ceilings to accommodate more volume so that you can charge more rent for the same amount of land.
