Simply going to AirBNB.com & looking at the area, there are a decent amount of listings in the area.

11 times would be a bit irritating, I do have the ability to return the phone call in a fairly reasonably amount of time, but seriously their emergency is not my emergency.

In our leases, the tenant is responsible for the full amount of the lease, regardless of whether they want to live there or not.

@Ed Emmons Is correct, it's a partial amount spaced across the term of the loan.

We estimated the value of the home based on similar sales so that estimate minus what we paid is where this amount comes from. - When did you purchase the home?
