"It´s a small world": I did part of my studies in TEC de Monterrey Mazatlán Campus, and as a Mazatlan-born and raised and after working for 7 years in Mexico City, moving back to Mazatlan was something I really desired: "there is something about the beach that makes life more pleasant" LOL so I understand your feeling.

I already have 2 properties in the US, one in Cleveland Ohio and another in Inkster Michigan but am hoping to grow my portfolio.I would also like to wholesale and fix and flip, so whatever I can learn or be part of from the Bigger Pockets community would be fantastic.Welcome Karen,Its great to see a fellow Aussie on the forum.I grew up on the Northern Beaches ;)I believe you have picked the 2 most undervalued states in the US to invest in.

I do not currently live there, but I invest in the Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Palm Bay areas.

From my experience their information is qualityI am originally from Pomona, CA and relocated here to NC from Long Beach CA.

As a rehabber in Palm Beach County, if you can make a (good) deal on a property here there should be plenty of people interested in taking it off your hands, including myself.

Does anyone know of a GC or handyman that services West Palm Beach area?

@Marcus Johnson  on top of the 4-plex, we currently have our primary residence and a rental townhome in virgina beach.

The half that is vacant at this time does need some work (windows and paint) which I will be getting right on that as soon as I get home from the beach.
