Hi I have been reading here for a long time there is a lot of good information thank you.  I own 2 rental properties in florida and 2 in las vegas i am looking to buy more mainly in florida for extra cash flow.  I was hoping to do some of the work from distance and travel back and forth from california.  Have a great day.
