I don’t mind window units in the actual windows but I know exactly what you are talking about because plenty of landlords in Pittsburgh did this arrangement.It looks awful and when it gets cold they get drafty.

I say that show that it has not taken long AT ALL for both my wife and I to get daily cold calls, texts, mailers, etc. from wholesalers wanting to buy our properties.

Most of my luck has been through wholesalers, cold calling myself, or pocket listings from realtors I have relationships with.
