For example set a goal to earn $7,000 to $10,000 per month then decide how many transactions and what dollar amount it will take to achieve that goal.

Once achieved you can act as a loan wolf.

The whole thing seemed a little far-fetched to me, since the note owners could always just go sell their note themselves if they wanted to, but I guess it sells a lot of seminars.
