I'm biased and can provide reasons and data to show that using an agent will protect you, get you more money, less stress and so on.The reality is you can do it yourself, but tenants generally don't cooperate with showings and that causes lots of problems for buyer to access the unit to show, inspections, appraisals etc.

I would use the line to purchase more rental properties and BRRRR them to repay the line.

I just have never heard of this kind of experience and am wondering if others have run into any debacle like this. title company checks normally dont get held I know mine never do.. last year when first american got hacked I had closed a deal and had a nice size proceed wire due and it took 6 or 7 days for FATCO to get the wire out to me..

I wouldn't say you're going to learn as much going through an online course as you would an in-person one, but it is a lot more convenient. 

Take this with a grain of salt since you seem like you are trying to get started in real estate investing somehow.

In order to negotiate the deal, I used the inspection report to help me get a better price.
