Understood, I agree certain tasks are definitely best kept for those that are well qualified, especially considering the liability in messing up with the IRS, but as I understand it, some of the VAs are quite skilled, considering they do lots of real estate work.For what it's worth, I did come across a piece of software that proports to actually interpret the receipt data for you...if I find the program again I'll post back.

I got tired of this so I developed a software that uses call tracking numbers and I can create "blacklists" that block the numbers.

If a PC or laptop is on site you can also have a piece of software do this for you.To combat this one option is just to buy a static IP.

I can purchase materials such as a copy of the landlord-tenant laws of our state that includes a summary to make them easy to reference; a list of tenants served with "unlawful detainer" (evictions) for my county that goes back seven years and is updated monthly; discount price landlording books; tenant education pamphlets for: Lead-based paint, Renovating Right, Mold & Moisture; property management forms/software.
