MLS's are local not national, your best bet would be to use one in the same city as the properties (assuming there all in the same city) because they should know the market there best.

I have seen most of these loans from Chase, Bank of Amer, Wells, etc being sold to Nation Star and other lower less known Mortgage companies.

@David C. and @Ned CareyIf you read the Ohio case I posted, although there were charges that the investor could not represent his own corporate entity in court, the main reason the charges of practicing without a license were brought were due to the investor approaching homeowners to transfer properties to his entity "subject to" the mortgage, then his entity failing to pay the mortgage.

I'm not familiar with Washington, but I assume it's similar to VA in many ways so I believe the below will hold true.First up, you won't actually be licensed until you "hang" your license with a broker, apply for the license, and wait for the state to issue it to your brokerage, so I would contact a couple of brokers and interview them to make sure you find a good fit.Secondly, you need to be a member of the local (and national and state) associations of Realtors to gain access to the MLS.
