When I 1031 the next property do I have to show putting down the whole capital gain amount of $660,000 or just the $500,000?

He just said "now I don't feel appreciated, let's settle those favors I did you before we proceed any further" and sent me an invoice for $2K for the lost materials + time with the break-ins.Overall, the job seems to be ~80% complete but with poor quality, and I will absolutely need to hire someone else to fix his mistakes.

I know the rates have come down a little bit so I was just wondering if there are any lenders on here or if anyone knows a lender that does 10 or 15 percent down on DSCR with similar rates.

I ask them to verify nothing has been late and more often than not the prospect lies and was late this year on a car payment or CC which disqualifies them but sometimes it was just an unfortunate circumstance medically that I don't know if I could dig myself out of either.

Hi Justin,Just like others have mentioned, if you’ve lived in the property as your primary residence for at least two out of the last five years, you may be eligible to exclude up to $250,000 of capital gains if you’re single, or up to $500,000 if you’re married and filing jointly, under the Section 121 exclusion.
