there are options in the philly market and just out side of philly up into the lehigh valley area.. that is to buy rentals.. that are within a reasonable drive distance to NYC> Just sayin its not like CA folks that basically have a hard time finding a cash flow rental within a resonable drive timefrom socal or bay area.
