Lending for Non Citizens

I am a wholesaler, agent and rental investor in Tampa Bay. I have met with a Licensed General contractor who has been having issues finding funding for his first flip. He is legally here with a green card but the lenders who I typically refer people to will only lend to citizens. Does anyone know of any lenders who could help him?
