What is your current housing and family situation?

Currently I reside with family in Toano and need to find a place to live. 

We currently have single family properties in Des Moines & Enumclaw but are looking to add properties in TN & OH. 

I need to make my first move so as to avoid analysis paralysis but I don't know how to go about it.I hope to meet a mentor(s) who can help me with my vision to own numerous single and multi family rentals to create cash flow, financial freedom, and a legacy for my family.

I can't get the family attorney to respond but to me that means my step dad no longer owed any as of 22 and because of such after my mom died they shouldn't have put it in my sister's name too cause she would own the same amount as me not more like she thought.

I've been blessed to have the opportunity to now pursue my dreams of investing in real estate to build wealth for my family while improving the communities we touch.

My medical is $528 a month for a family of four (1-year plan, high deductible, $1M coverage per person) Like with most policies you get a discount, if you pay in full.

Are they single family homes or multiple units? 

In the Reno, NV market the single-family is out performing the multifamily because of the short supply and higher prices.
