There isn't a rotation of liquidity from one place to another, but rather an injection of liquidity into the economy (meaning more growth).

I know they're out there and I'll bet they'll say that the process became significantly smoother if not easier after that first flip & sale.I definitely appreciate the feedback I've gotten on my other questions but they're leading me to think that I just don't have enough liquid cash available.

In my experience, ones the lease expires, the tenants become month to month unless they want to sign another lease and they ask for it.

The properties and rental income are reported on the schedule E. 

This is good, however, I can only do this so many times as I know I will run out of liquid capital to continue funding future BRRRR's to build my real estate portfolio.

The land is under a three year lease and I'm wondering how to best utilize this property after the lease expires.  

@Izaiah Barba -  I think every state is different and I think there's a difference in things sent manually (an individual click), vs a bulk e-mail blast.I've heard of people getting into some nasty lawsuits over this kind of stuff.  

We will have 2 means of e-gress, proper ceiling height (7ft. 6in), 1,500 sq. ft per unit, etc. for the basement. 

Here is my situation; I am looking to purchases a commercial property in Shenandoah, IA. here is the description:SD LOTS 496-504 CRIP W 20' E 45' LOT 6 & PT VAC ST ADJ SW. the tenant occupying the space will be leaving at the end of the month but the seller's niece is only wanting to keep the back half of the property as a hair salon and wants nothing to do with the store front or the apartments upstairs.
