People talked about buying REO properties for 20 years, then supply and demand adjusted and that's a dry well.People have talked about wholesaling for 10 years or so, now that well is MOSTLY dry too.Meaning that at some point, the furnished rental thing will be a dry well too.

When my REO business dried up and I hadn't bought any houses for a while I just listened to the podcasts to keep my mind open to the possibilities of making it in this business.

Or, as manufacturing certainly tends to go, if my current gig dries up before then I'd like to be far enough along in real estate that I have the option to pursue it full time rather than looking for another corporate job.I live in Youngsville NC and I have some land nearby that I am pulling together data on to decide how best to develop it.

That seems pretty "incompetent of basic real estate knowledge" to not have your powder dry and be 100% levered if this is your expecation.

Skin in the game is a great motivator. 

I grew up in Edison Park, and we had an active bar/restaurant scene as Park Ridge is a dry community.  

They will want you to have skin in the game.  

It would be nice to have that set up in advance of a real estate crash or a drying up of money from the banks.  

There is a dry cleaners at the bottom of the mixed use and potential to add apartments up top.

They did complete dry out and sanitized the area .They covered the area with plastic with zipper access.
