Looking for good contractors in south Philadelphia

Good morning, I am buying a mixed corner property and the single family home next to it. There is a dry cleaners at the bottom of the mixed use and potential to add apartments up top. I am looking to combine the two buildings to provide more space. Can anyone recommend a GC/ builders who can handle projects like this?
