Not a fan of the click variety but I tell folks looking for this type to make sure the edges are deep enough to "click" together (and stay together) easily. 

The very first thing you want to do when you evict a tenant is you want to cut off all verbal communications.

It usually cuts out the people who forget after looking at dozens of ads. 

Currently the plans are under review from the city building and safety department.

It’s a great way to start and it cuts down on living expenses.

Focus on learning your fundamentals, try to bird dog or wholesale some deals for some quick cash to take the edge off, create and implement a marketing plan, and then the doors will gradually open up for you.

If utilities are in the tenant's name and they don't pay the bill, their utilities get cut off and it's not your problem.

I'll continue digging into the regulation around them as it's not super clear cut to me.
