I can log in using the app on my phone but when I click the link from the email it sends me to a web browser to log in.

STR change the makeup of neighborhoods, create more traffic and take up parking space.

Believe me, I'm a web developer.

At the same time, it's understandable why people moving into what they think is a standard subdivision with kids for their kids to play with etc. are upset finding out several houses are being rented as boarding homes, all the tenants are adults, traffic and parking is a nightmare. 

Got a raise at work and am about to be promoted to new role in Finance & Accounting, but retaining my duties as web developer and IT Technician/Administration as well. 

Traffic is becoming a real problem and rents are higher than most locals can afford.

I know its traffic patterns.

I lived in Orange Park too when I first moved to Jax.. but it was a long drive to get anywhere and way too much traffic.  

I don't expect this anecdote to resonate with anyone who hasn't dealt with NoVA traffic or seen the Eastern panhandle of WV, but I'll eat the commute for less people and a nicer home.

I've heard the traffic and roadways are already maxed out.
