That would be my biggest concern.I think most PM prefer to hold the money for a month in their account, but that is really for their protection more than it is your protection.

No crystal ball, but we're  just working with the information we have, planning for the worst and hoping for the best:)I too would prefer to hold the property but this is the point of the post.

That is why carpet is preferred in bedrooms.
